Over the last ten years, San Lucas Church, in collaboration with the Puerto Rican Cuatro Project, has held an Annual Puerto Rican Tiple Construction Workshop.  This workshop provided community residents with the rudimentary skills of stringed instrument making, as well as information about this extinct string instrument, its cultural history, its music, and place in Puerto Rican society.

San Lucas also provides space for cultural events and community meetings. If you are interested in using our space, please contact us at (773) 227-5747 or sanlucas2914@aol.com
